Resumen

Charlsey Marcus was born in Arkansas and moved to South Carolina with her family at a young age. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with North Greenville University before attending the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, Charlsey served as a judicial extern with the Washington County Circuit Court, an internship with the legal writing platform BriefCatch, and participated in school organizations such as helping organize community education efforts through Hogs Against Harm, an organization dedicating to preventing sexual violence and promoting survivor advocacy.

Before joining Anderson Law | Injury Attorneys, Charlsey worked in lien resolution and subrogation, collaborating with attorneys, insurers, healthcare providers, and client. Throughout that experience, she developed a strong understanding of personal injury claims and saw firsthand the difference dedicated legal advocacy can make. Recognizing the importance of having an attorney who will truly listen, communicate, and fight for their interests inspired her to pursue personal injury law.

After being admitted to the Washington State Bar, Charlsey joined Anderson Law| Injury Attorneys as a personal injury attorney. Charlsey believes that effective representation extends beyond the courtroom. She understands that after an accident, clients are often navigating unfamiliar legal processes while focusing on their recovery. She is committed to providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and compassionate advocacy so clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Charlsey enjoys reading, church, hiking, and exploring new places. Friends and colleagues know her as approachable and easy to talk to, qualities she strives to bring to every client relationship.
